In 2019, a connectivity room equipped with 20 latest-generation computers and a printer was delivered to the Guabas district (municipality of Guacarí). A SENA instructor, who also provides training in systems, is available to provide support and guidance to users. This room is open to the public and free of charge.

In order to contribute and support the community during the pandemic caused by COVID-19, Providencia Connects program was extended with the delivery of free internet service to the homes of 437 students from El Placer and Amaime, so that they could continue their studies during the pandemic.
